Seren13 is led by Colleen Maciejewski. Colleen is a leader who thinks just a bit sideways. She loves to dream, create and live in new possibilities. In her corporate career, she consistently generated new concepts, often by combining seemingly disparate ideas, then proceeded to build them from simply new possibilities to thriving organisms within and adjacent to the organization. A prime example is the creation and launch of the micro-philanthropy website Red Basket. which was created as an extension of the parent organization's core mission - helping the communities in which its members lived. See video for a short explanation.
She brought in leading edge ideas on leadership development, organizational design, strategy and collaboration. She introduced the Balanced Scorecard, Appreciative Inquiry Summit and Scenario Planning Analysis. She created a PMO (project management office) from the ground up, increasing the effectiveness of project delivery and strategy execution. She introduced Agile methods into the technology development environment.
Colleen is a certified Project Management Profession (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). She holds an MBA and a BA in English from the University of Nebraska.
